Do you know if these will a regular item, Giles? I'd like a pair, but they're just not in the cards right now.

I'm thinking about sizing up 2. I know that sounds drastic (I'm a size 30 in the 634s) but….
I never wore devils fit so I added one size because I'm most comfortable in BB's and the 634. Also gave an additional size up because of initial reports from Mankarat that they do not stretch but slightly shrink from each wash.

No, because I have not published sizing yet. I hope they will be the same as the IH-666S, but until I get them here and measure them, I have no idea - all fabric behaves differently when being cut and sewn, so we have to make adjustments to the pattern to take that into account, sometimes we get it wrong (take a look at the IH-634S and IH-634-XHS for an example).
Even if the D's are exactly the same size as the S's, I will wear the same size (33) IH-666D as in 634S, which is what I do with the IH-666S.

Do you think an 8-9in pipe can fit on the inside leg hanging from the crotch area or do you think it will be too tight?
Can you take a fit pic of the back while standing at a 45 degree angle with the sun at your front with a small deer behind you for color reference?
So if they get there Monday I can expect to receive them Tuesday morning in Antarctica? Money in hand!

guys.. i don't think they are made in china, they're just in transit in china. packages don't get delivered from location A to B in just 1 trip.
