Not to be crass, but do you know her bra size?  Or waist size?

I usually pick out clothes for my wife based on that, jean size and height.

Mine's a wee bit smaller than norm.  Maybe consider XL, if you find one.

Yup, these run small. I moved up to a Medium for mine and typically take Small in IH shirts. Well worth hunting down though - My one is fast proving essential wear for cold-arse rented housing in London!
