Maybe it's just me but they seem to fade faster when I'm sweating in them
That would make sense.
Sweat is on the inside, why would they fade faster on the outside, especially on my butt

You are wearing cotton. Cotton absorbs moisture. Moisture and abrasion cause fading. Make sense?

I mean, the denim bleeds a lot more when it is damp. And, I am sure it generally gets damp the whole way through.
Unfortunately, they will start to stink a lot quicker when you do this!

Which kinda explains the contrast lap fades..

The honeycombs are really really well formed, just perfect fading structure and pattern
