For the last three or four years, I've been dealing with a lot of pain from my neck (guillotine hold on me went wrong) and my lower back (deadlifting close to 500lbs gone wrong). It got to the point where I couldn't stand for more than half and hour and couldn't turn my neck enough to check my blind spot while driving. The last straw was my shoulder when I must've torn something and I finally gave up on lifting
Mostly out of desperation, and seeing this video after it went viral, I started DDPYoga seven weeks ago
I generally hate workout DVDs, and never thought of doing yoga, but this program works pretty miraculously. I feel like I'm back at 100%, no pain in my neck, back or shoulder, and thinking of joining a Crossfit gym. My stepson started alongside with me, and he's lost 13lbs in 7 weeks.

Tend to agree with Bagley on the wife/girlfriend factor. But the only thing that's really important is that your choice of doing things works fine for both of you.

nice weekend, Indian gave up 70 km's before destination, called a buddy to haul me and bike to party, got drunk, tried to fix it all saturday afternnoon, then got drunk again. Sunday took a a fekkin' bus back home, drove to my buddy, and lended a dolly. Today drove back 300km's, took my bike and other belongings and drove back again that 300km's.
Gotta start fixing the bike soon. Shit, bikers work is never done.edit: typos
