I'm gonna throw this out there and it would be quite expensive but my roommate actually started and headed up the Nike Bowery Custom shop for over a year…
Anyways, if any of you in NYC get this jacket I'm sure my roommate could help you out getting it customized even further than what Giles would have time to do.
He also knows how to do chain stitch embroidery pretty well and has the machine at his office...

My roommate does have a chain stitch embroidery machine in his room but he didn't do this.

I got this from Lando. Pretty sure they were made by IH.

So, they were definitely made by IH. I am not positive which year it was but earlier on. Both hoodies came with two (IH Powered and Circular Skeleton on Bike) patches on the front left chest. I believe I have seen Tom and or one other IHJP staff member wearing them some time ago. I will work on finding out exactly when they were released and what the item number is.
