I had a Skype video call with G (and Phillip and Ben) earlier before they set out for the day - Phillip made me laugh, saying that Ben is giving G a good run for his money even though it’s his first time fly-fishing.

Today, I had my largest Bonefish of the trip thus far. It was my favourite style of fishing, super skinny water, large single fish cruising and feeding. Casting has to be pin point accurate without the line or the fly disturbing the surface when it lands. Any false move and the Bonefish are over the horizon…...Then you have to chase the fish to ensure that the line does not get abraded on the mangrove shoots....I had the camera in my pocket for the first part of this encounter, so join me half way through....
This is a big one, better give chase....
