Little advise - I used ecigs for a bit but they just transferred to the addiction to a new platform - you're gonna have to cold turkey it as some point. A useful starting point though, good luck man.
Thanks H. Yeah I know. Just trying to get used to the whole process of not buying a pack, going outside to have one, etc. Also, I plan on down grading in content (18 MG) either every week or every other week so eventually it will be a bit easier (wishful thinking).
Edit: I also started on 18 MG instead of 24 MG. Next up, 12 MG, then 6 MG, then 0 MG… I hope

Day 2. No easier than Day 1. Anyone have a pistol handy?

Keep on going - suddenly one evening you'll think to yourself, holy shit I did not think about smoking at all today…...
I cannot wait! The maintenance guys were up in my office today trying to get me to smoke their crazy Russian Cigs. I held strong. Just trying to think of the money saved and the fact that I actually might be able to run soon..

What I am saving on ciggies pays for our new car…..
Well then based off of NYC prices, I may be able to grab a learjet soon.

USD13 per pack here
About that for Marlboro. Parliament about a dollar more. And American Spirits are $15 or more… INSANE!
-
its SGD$12 for a pack of marlboro here in sg.
-
And about SGD$1.20 over the causeway…....
haha its alot cheaper across but its due to the exchange rates… for the locals there, its still expensive.
anyway, RM$10 for a pack over there. which is about $4 which is a huge saving.. however, getting caught with unpaid duty cigarette at the customs is no joke.. $200 fine baby... singapore is a FINE country...

I know, I've had a long chat with your border police when coming south…...
hahaha you should be glad they didn't make you pay some fine.. After all, you can get fined for literally everything here…

Hi Lando and PJ yeah hold strong. I smoked for 17 years and stopped from one day to the other on a New Years day, my daily average was 1 package (sometimes more towards 2). I was pretty f**** up for some months but I have never regretted at all that I quitted. Now after some clean years I still have this kind of addiction behaviour but can control it without problem and without smoking. So good luck, keep strong
