In January when I went Pike fishing, I spied a shoal of bait fish fry (probably Roach, Rudd, Dace etc).  I scooped some of them up in my net and stuck them in the aerator.  Popped them in the pond when I got home.  Despite the prophecy of my optimistic fishing buddy. "well they're as good as feckin dead", I saw them taking flies off the surface of the water last night.  I am now going out to give them a decent square meal of miniature pellets…..

In about 1780, the Navy sunk a well in what is now our garden.  The water from which made the beer that was an essential part of a Sailors life, beer keeping better than water for long periods at sea.  When we bought the house, I installed an irrigation system that pumps water from the well and distributes it around the garden, unfortunately, after 6 years, the surface pump keeps tripping the breakers breakers, so an investigation is required…..

As I said somewhere else, some fish I transplanted into the garden pond in January are thriving.  This is my first pathetic attempt at getting them on film…..

Pumped for these bad boys and taking part in my 1st WT.  I read up on what WT's are about.  I have read and seen what is considered excellent WT posts and of course the occasional DUD.  I promise to tell my story whether it be boring or action packed..either way it'll be my story to u brilliant folks
