I'm a t-shirt guy. Especially during the warmer climates.

I'm a tee shirt kinda guy, too. Between plain, pocket, printed and Forum, I've got 8 of the Shitamachi body tees here, two more on hold in Gosport and two of this batch just ordered yesterday. Once you've worn them, you begin to understand how a tee shirt can be worth that much money. They really are exceptional.

Yea thanks..I only wish i could have been around for the 2010 releases. Those were IMO the best iv seen and I don't mean overall construction but the graphics. I do think the 1209 is up there though.

You mean smaller, right? The IHT-3000 (size L) is 20.3", the IHF-2012 (size L) is 20.5", the IHTP-02 (size L) is 20"; these are only 18.9".
These do have longer sleeves, though, so the combined changes may address what MikeC was suggesting in another thread. These are also longer than the above 3 models by at least an inch, something that others had asked for, also.
sry for the late reply, but actually I ment that the shoulders are pretty big compared to the old 2010-2011 versions!
just got a large IHT-1207 yesterday and I have to say that the shoulder seam doesn't end where your arms begin/shoulders end, it's like 1-1.5" too long on each side IMO…
still going to pre-order another one though the fit (in the shoulders!) isn't that great imo!
and they aren't that long in length tbh!...just a tiny bit larger as the 2011 forum t and smaller in length as the 2010-2011 shirts... -
Yeah, I wouldn't even try to compare these to the older tees; the new Shitamachi body and loopwheel construction makes them a totally different animal in my opinion. In these, I wear a size Large, in the older (circa 2010-11) shirts I wore an XL. The fit and feel is just different.
Having said that, though, I'm interested in your thoughts on this latest round. You're the first one to get one (lucky bastard;)). More fit pics would be nice, too…
