IH-526Jod - Overdyed Type III

Because there have been a few questions surrounding the 3 similar yet different IH OD Type III's, I thought this might help with any confusion about what makes each different.

SExIH07BKIII [OG] - Modified/ Overdyed Type III w/ Pockets. Diesel Patch. SExIH Collab came out in 2009 with the SExIH07BK and Indigo Jeans. Unsanforized 19oz Selvedge - Garment Dyed w/ Black Fugitive Pigment Dye.

SExIH07BKIII [Long] - Modified/ Overdyed Type III w/ Pockets. Diesel Patch. Extra 2 inches in length. Came out in 2011 (I think). Unsanforized 19oz Selvedge - Garment Dyed w/ Black Fugitive Pigment Dye.

IH-526Jod - Regular Type III Overdyed. No Pockets. No special Patch. 21oz Selvedge Indigo given the OD Treatment.

Very nice. The colours in the last photo are amazing.

I wish these jackets were a touch longer, and I'd be straight on board! As it is, I'll have to remain a sideline admirer!

Check out the 6526J, corduroy type III. They were specced a touch longer and wears very similar to denim. Black looks badass too.

I'm generally not a huge fan of corduroy, but I'll give them a closer look anyway…

Couple of random pics.  1.5 years of on and off wear and no washes.  You can see more in person but I think they'll be a much greater contrast after a wash, whenever that'll be.  Super soft denim…

There's more wear on the jacket than comes through in the pics.  I might try some outdoor ones soon.  The wear shows a bit more.

No plans to wash it just yet. Probably within the next 6 months, though.  I'll get pics before and after.  I love this jacket.

Just ordered an xxl and im super psyched..  My first denim jacket since sheep skin lined stone wash was hip..  now now, be nice!

Probably should be xl, but if it looks stoopid i can always eat more pies
