Summer Jackets

So, a little advice if I may:
I have a Lee trucker-style jacket that fits really nicely and is one of my favourite things ever. I am looking at the Filson x Levi collab trucker and got them to send me measurements. Compared to my Lee, the Filson is:
-1" in the sleeve
+2.75" in the chestObviously, the wider chest is going to produce an effectively longer sleeve (this is obvious right? I'm not crazy?). Question is, will this effect be enough that I won't notice the shorter sleeve?

Wise in what sense? Do you think you will get more use from the 07 because it's an actual jacket. Or is it that you want an 07 and the IHD is more easily replaced because it's extant as opposed to endangered?

The IHD-01 is slightly too small for me, around my girly hips, as it's and XL rather than an XXL. Also, I just did a complete restock of shirts in my wardrobe (three new ones in a week), so now I'm thinking again about a proper jacket…..or I could just lose a little weight and wear the IHD-01 :-\

Maybe time for a jacket then if you feel you now have too many shirts. Didn't you have an 06 at one point?

well tbh i am one of those persons who want both of these items hanging in my closet…atm there is only the IHJ-07 which i fekking love! so i´d vote for no, lose that bit of weight and you´re good to go...
stop copping all those comicbooks in october and go for the IHJ-07 instead

Fair points Rafa, unless I get something awesome offered in trade I'm gonna hang on to the IHD-01. The IHJ-07 is seriously tempting…..maybe next month :-\

Could use ideas for a black M65 or similar. I have a green Head Porter in XL which is perfect, and I was thinking that I should stick with what works for me, but change color. I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
If your happy with a cheaper made jacket with ok-ish quality then AI as mentioned already will suffice, however going by the fact you already have a Head Porter and are on this forum let me suggest these two:
