That's quite a few rods you have there Giles.

I'm a bit late to the game this year due to classes, but I'm going to grab my new fishing license tomorrow so I can get a day or two of fishing before I head out of town for the month of May.

any 2,40-2,70m rods for heavy fishing or spin fishing under them?

I counted them.  There are a total of 85.  Now, 84 as Hectic needed one….

No more being given up.

A lot of the ones I don't use I inherited off my grandparents.  There are some seriously lovely old rods there, some going back at least 100 years....

great collection there G. and it´s always great to look at a rod, thinking about all those great fish you´ve catched with it and all...it´s like a pair of faded denim...great!

Yes, I found the first Salmon rod that I bought myself when I was about 12.  I saved up for months and eventually had enough to buy it.  I had forgotten all about it, but finding it again yesterday did bring back some great memories, including my first Salmon….

^ It looks like it's just the way the shirts hanging.

Spent the day getting my babies ready to be put away till December.  Got a fresh edge, repaired some nasty base damage, and put on a healthy coat of storage wax.  I just wish this season hadn't been so lackluster,  I'm already anxious for next winter.
