Lando, Cris or anyone who has theirs and the IHJ-01. Do you mind giving us a rough comparison of the two? Always nice to know what the Big Boss tweaked.

Just by an estimation with a quick try-on, the shoulders and mid section area is a tad bigger by maybe a 1/2 and inch, and sleeves feel a bit longer (in a good way), for the size XL-XXL people, I'll post fit pics with both jackets.

05 is quite big can easily wear t-shirt, flannel and sweat shirt underneath. Wonder if I should get a xl?

^ I'd say if you're going to layer like that, get an XXL.  With an XL, I can layer what you said minus a Sweat or a Flannel.

initial impression, really like it, the lining feels a little heavier than ihj01, I like the collar, I think I liked the old regular length cuffs better

^ I didn't like the storm cuffs on my IHJ-06 at first, but it grew on me and I now prefer them. That tends to happen a lot with my IH gear.

Alright, today has been overwhelming in my world IH wise. In a good way my head is exploding! I have done a very quick comparison of the IHJ-01 (Medium) and the IHJ-07 (Large). I am too involved with all my new stuff to take anymore time atm. The lining may be a tad thicker but I can honestly not tell the difference other than one is new and the other has been worn. The snaps are exactly the same size. Construction is pretty much the identical except for the few changes listed below. Hope this helps answer any questions folks had previously.

Differences:

Collar - IHJ-01 Nylon Fold Over/ IHJ-07 Knitted Ribbing Single
Cuffs - IHJ-01 Knitted Ribbing Single/ IHJ-07 Knitted Ribbing Double (Storm)
Draw Strings - IHJ-01 Non Coated Tip/ IHJ-07 Coated Tip
Interior Pocket - IHJ-01 Rectangular/ IHJ-07 Back Pocket Shaped
Interior Pocket Reinforcement - IHJ-01 None/ IHJ-07 Nylon Backed Velcro
Label - IHJ-01 Label directly sewn on lining/ IHJ-07 Nylon Backed Label
Coat Hook Tab - IHJ-01 Sewn in between lining and exterior/ IHJ-07 Sewn under label reinforcement and lining

Oh and if anyone thinks they might need this, THEY DO! #2 should be coming in the next few weeks. May even snag a third if people neglect them. So good!
