I would love a pair of Beatle Busters either in 18 oz. or 21 oz.  My only concern is that i really cant have an inseam any shorter than 35". I just bought a pair of DC4001's in size 31 and they are a perfect fit with about a 36" inseam. They are perfect in the waist right now too and I'm hoping they dont stretch much (I think my true waist size is 32 but i seem to be able to wear 31 sometimes). Anyone have advice on whether they think I would be able to wear the BB's considering the shorter inseam. And also size 29 or 30 in raws? and size 31 or 32 in 21 oz? (I have scrawny legs)

Try this after the first soak while still damp. "The one leg dead pull" - take on footwear (i recommend clean with a non slippery sole), lay the jeans flat on the floor. Place your right foot (unless your left-handed) right on the spot under the crotch as if your foot was a tape measure (measure thigh size), and pull all you can.
One leg at a time.

With a little luck and muscle, you can actually pull the inseam longer then it originally was, even when they dry up.

Just after a bit of advise please. Thinking about purchasing a raw pair of busters but my only niggle is how slim they are. Looking at the measurements they don't seem much different to the 634S but from reading comments they obviously are, just how much slimmer though? I'm currently loving a pair of 634S in a 31 but at 6ft with skinny legs are the busters going to make my legs look like a pair of drain pipes?
