Got the same in brown. I´ts reallly a beatiful belt and a favourite of mine. The thing with the brown one is that it dyes of brown to the denim. Anyways, a belt to enjoy for many years forward. I too are thinking of getting one in black to shift with.

Has anyone had any issues with the screws on either of these two belts? I remember reading about this topic on another forum and am curious as to your experiences. I know that if they loosen you just screw them back up, but someone was complaining about not wanting to have to do that on such an expensive belt. Basically stating that his belt was just a hassle. Thoughts and experience requested…

I have the IHB-02.  After a few weeks of wear the screws became loose.  It took about 2 seconds to tighten them and since then they have not become loose again.  I would recommend tightening the screws as soon as you receive the belt and then not worry about it.

I also noticed a bit of color transfer from the black belt.  But only on the patch and not the denim.

The reason we made them with screws is that the belt can very easily be adjusted in length so the size is perfect.  Yes one or 2 have come undone, but I keep a stock of spares

The IHB-03 is an immense belt.  AND no screws!

asked for some more details about it.

                      Here is Ayumis response:

The buckles are made in small atelier in Gifu pref. and the leather items are made by artisan, Mr. Ken at Calf (the studio called Calf) in Fukuyama city, Hiroshima.

I own two – IH Brown Cowhide Belt and IH Super Tan (Self Edge Exclusive). I also own two Sugar Cane Belts (Tan studded and Black Studded).  I wear a W32 in all, and I can tell you that they're super amazing. The IH ones are definitely thicker and more "industrial strength" in a way that only Iron Heart can master.  I mean, no joke -- I could use my IH belts as a self defense weapon...you could seriously hurt someone with them ! I'll post pics up soon.

Qucick pic for a member.  Yeah, I know - tucking in T bad.  But needed to be able to see the belt and tucked in T preferable to my gut.

                                    I'm a 33 and the belt is an L.
