I own two – IH Brown Cowhide Belt and IH Super Tan (Self Edge Exclusive). I also own two Sugar Cane Belts (Tan studded and Black Studded).  I wear a W32 in all, and I can tell you that they're super amazing. The IH ones are definitely thicker and more "industrial strength" in a way that only Iron Heart can master.  I mean, no joke -- I could use my IH belts as a self defense weapon...you could seriously hurt someone with them ! I'll post pics up soon.

i have been using both and older filson double belt (on blues), and my old military belt from the navy (on blacks) yet i feel very compelled to get this belt.

Good to know!  Thanks G.  The difference in saturation is unreal.

Edit: To expand, I believe I still have a tub or two of Chelsea Leather Food that I've used on every leather good I've owned (cleats, gloves, etc.)and it's worked well, most recently on a late ;60's honey-colored Brooks saddle.  The day I get around to trying out Obenaufs is rapidly approaching.

So today while going through security at SFO I was pulled to the side. The woman asked "Um sir, is this your bag? There seems to be something odd in in. Do you have some large piece of metal in your bag?" I laughed and told the woman "oh it must be my Belt" (IHB-03). They had to run the bag through again with the belt separate. It became a min scene of sorts. Anyhow, I assured them it was just a belt and there was no problem. We will see if I can make it out of NY in a few weeks…

LOL…same thing happened to me - I was taking the sterling silver wallet reign over to SFO in order to ship it to a customer - they made me open the carry and rip open the already packed parcel..
