On a sidenote… No matter how much I try to like other gear, it never works... Those two Flat Head chambrays I got?.. Lovely stuff, but the light fabric and poor fit (on me) throws me off... They're going on sale soon... Beige and red, size 42.

Seriously: Iron Heart spoiled me, and raised the bar so high that nothing can top it imo...

If Triple Works is gonna release some lighweight western chambrays and maybe some shorts (hey a man can dream!), then I'm seriously set for all seasons...

Yeah…...., Seul.  Flathead sizing really irks me  >:(.  I love to get my hands on a few, but they never fit me right either.  On the larger sizes, the shoulders are wide and it tapers drastically.  The length is short in many cases as well.

Gotta echo all the IH love going on here. It is a genuine pleasure to open my wardrobe every day and have a few second panic about what to wear. I worry about if I am neglecting a certain flannel, or if I have worn my 33 too much in the last month, ponder what to team my forum hoodie up with, lament the loss of freezing temperatures when I see my deck jacket hung up and unworn, smile with excitement at the crispy new 634's awaiting the end of the HWDC…...you get the picture.

To have this much love for the contents of my wardrobe, when it is basically dominated by one label, is testament to the quality, comfort, and versatility of what you guys (Haraki and his team, Giles and Paula) supply to us. We love it, and it's plain to see that you do too.

When I met mankarat in Singapore, I asked him what mankarat meant.  I have forgotten precisely, but something to do with rust or corrosion.

Well it irks me that a fellow who contributes so much to the forum does not have an avatar, so I started to look for one for him.

I googled images for mankarat - the guy owns the page…...

                            https://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=mankarat&ix=seb&ion=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.,cf.osb&biw=1863&bih=885&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi

Well thanks for your effort G
mankarat means. 'man' is the end of my name Abdul Rahman. Karat in Malay means rust or corroded. Long time ago Friends gave me that name when he saw my bicycle got rust because of saltwater (i work at sea)

Oh well, she's not getting off that easy either; she took the kids to a birthday party to keep them out of my way.  Plus, I just bought a whole bunch of toys, erm, essential tools at Home Depot.;)
