Cris, throw them in the washing machine in hot water, I did this and it snugged up the thigh
and butt area. Hang them to dry in a warm place. They will be snug at first but will stretch
to fit you after a couple days.

Try another hot soak then in the top block area, the second wash did wonders for me, hope
it works for you too.

After a couple days of wear, I feel my thigh-to-butt area a bit baggy, and would love it to be a bit snugger, I was thinking of doing a hot soak from waist to just above the knee, I got input from my brotha Peterock….any others would like to chime in if this would help??

Went to a resort in Sentosa island, and grabbed the chance to document the progress of my IH634S-RAW.
Approximately 1 month of everyday wear.
1 initial soak.
0 wash.Photos are a little overexposed due to the direct sunlight. I lowered the exposure using Aperture, but I want to keep post-processing as minimal as possible.
The colours here are probably to the closest to the real thing.
As usual, pretty worried about crotch blow out..

I have the same problem. Going to throw them into the washer this evening!
I did a top-block-hot-ass soak on Friday for about 30 min, drip-dried over the weekend and wearing today, if anything, a little shrinking was done, but not enough….so I'll probably wear for a bit and throw in the washer next time.

Washer really works Cris, I'll be doing a 3rd machine wash on mine this week to tighten them
up some more. -
Oh yeah, for sure! Each time I wash them I wear a black t-shirt when I turn them right side
out! Made the mistake of wearing a white one the first time, everything they came in contact
with turned blue! -
These went extinct in a big hurry. Clearly the masses have spoken for keeping this denim in production

bad news :(….... I have decieded I want a areo horsehide jacket 
:D. My wifee gave me the go ahead if I sell some stuff. Here we go I have two pair of these. I will be selling one of my size 35 tagged 35x40, hemmed to 38 by G. Unwashed with tags, plenty of inseam for doing what you want. Check b&s later today.
