sometimes you just have to try different things to know what´s going on and how you feel about wearing an item.

E-cigarettes have worked out good for me. After the initial grouchiness, which was a week, haven't had any cravings

I went out for dinner last night to a friends house, there were 2 heavy smokers there.  I E-cigged….....I feel pretty virtuous this morning.....
