    It is not 2 inches too short, that is what a Type III is supposed to look like….

          simon, i would def like to see this jacket 2" longer for myself.. i have a type III that is 28" long and it is about as short as i care to wear.. i REALLY want this jacket, it is a beauty.. but the XXXL is only 26" long.. the rest of the measurements look to be spot on tho.. really wish i could try on a XXXL before i purchase one 😞

            I'm waiting for this to arrive, but in comparison with the IH-526J, this is only .2" shorter in length in the same size, and the 526J length works for me.

            Maybe everyone with length issues should start hiking their pants up higher 🙂

                Thanks for the comments,

                Actually the length was a major issue to me when I was ordering it. Once it came, I found the length to be a very minor issue. Because everything else fit very well. Like Paul said, hiking up your pants or wearing higher rise jeans will solve that issue. Also, the Type III fits with kind of a slight flare at the bottom. If it was longer, it would flare out even more which would make it look weird.

                  My pants get worn considerably higher then they used to a few years back, but any higher and my arse would have a mouthfull. Plus a heavy duty denim moose knuckle cant be comfortable either.

                    Wouldn't you know it?  This arrived at my office on the one day where I had to work from home!

                    Not even packing a jacket tomorrow.  I'm relying on it being awesome and ready to wear straight out of the blue bag 🙂

                          Awww, yeah!  Duck, baby!

                          I'm shocked to see that the sleeves are perfect length!  Usually I have to size up to fit in the chest area which means the sleeves are a bit long, but it all worked out this time.

                          Here are some crummy iphone shots taken inside of the womens restroom, because their restroom is actually clean.  Don't mind the toilet in the background 🙂

                                          thought I should x-post:

                                          @madmonday:

                                          been a while since i been on this side:

                                          here's a back shot since i know you want to see it:

                                          @madmonday:

                                          Its a good item warm without being too bulky and I think its a great piece for when you are outdoors and active since it leaves space for ease of movement.  Vest is a size L but an expert told me it would fit me and g-wiz it does.  The unsung hero is the duck in that fit. Sized to XXXL one extra X than usual for me but I'm happy with it as I can layer it or not and button all the buttons and use the side pockets.  The hardest thing with Iron Heart gear is figuring out which pieces to purchase because they are all so well made. Even if I don't like an item I can never talk sh!t about the construction and the item doing the job it was intended to do. Oh and I forgot you all see my 666s they have come along way. Awesome jean and denim.                                                                                                                                                                Kat, I've  no idea where that car went. Kinda weirds me out looking at the flick.
