IHJ-04 Down Jacket

Looking good Monday! What size did you go for with the Down jacket? Same as in IH shirts? I went L in the Melton and am looking at Arrow's blue Down jacket (L) and wonder if it should be mine!

I went with my size in most IH items -XXL-.  if i were you i would grab arrow's jacket before someone else figures out what a good a deal that sale is.

Thanks for the reply Monday. I was just a bit worried about going for an L as I did the same with the Down Vest and found it to be too short. It was a weird cut that vest….don't want to make the same mistake twice!

just switched out & got a Large.

wearing it now, sizing down was good for me.

this coat is what i call high speed/low drag.  not alot of bells & whistles, but it gets the job done soo well.

it's water repellant to a degree & soo warm (& the sleeves are long enough for me to shuffle snow or what the sleeve length is meant for to ride a bike) cool hidden feautre is teh way the neck is built to keep out the elements.

that burnt orange G has hanging around is sounding good & it will look so cool after getting a little wear. . . .

I have an L and wish I had XL. IMO these are on a small side even the meas. suggests else.

injun, you are off on this one.  these are cut pretty generous & you know i hate sizing conversations.

more importantly just go by the size the sizing chart says you can get into.

sized large/small who cares.  just what ever works for YOU.

Mme B sized down on one of her three (I'd bitch if it was not her birthday), and she prefers the smaller size…...

i started out in an xxl & have sized down two to a l on this. imho these are cut . . . what differnce does it make, consult the size chart

Well, I measured mine, and the pit to pit meas. was just a bit over 24" also I could use a bit more room in shoulder area.

And there is no room for layering, with a Tee or thin shirt it's OK. Might be just my jacket then….
