Have to say that I'm with Chris on this one. I was raised on a steady diet of Jordans, Air Max and AF1's, so I never saw the point in CT's as they just felt uncomfortable to me, and I did try.
My go to footwear is a steady pair of Wolverines or Abingtons for day to day, and Jordans or the like if I'm feeling sneakers.
My 2 cents.

So just came across some info about this line.
Apparently it'll have a US release in the spring, but it's already out in Japan.
They feature a Vibram sole and more premium aspects to the shoe.
Here's a couple of images I've come across.
anoutcommune.com in Japan seems to have them in stock for ~$210 US, but not many sizes.
They are enough to get me excited about this release, figured someone here may be interested.

no such luck, i'm not trying to spend 450 on ebay, but they're not even in size 13 on there - so there goes a 5 am post edit impulse buy option. hahah.
you got any thoughts / leads?
i want a black and i want a white, i'd probably pass on the camo's too!
i have a bunch of friends over @ nike, and some friends who run the converse rubber tracks studio in nyc, so i'll figure something out in january.

not too shabby, but its a matter of catching them when the stock comes in as they don't have it around for long.

Anybody else had a problem with the outer layer of rubber separating from the shoe? Any fixes? Superglue?
Typical issue with chucks over time. Use shoe goo or whatever. I just rip the rubber off personally. Chucks look better when they are beat to shit anyways. Considering the cost, if you are unhappy just buy a new pair.
