Part of that confusion could be terminology; pronation is movement of your foot- direction could be either way. Over pronation (which people often just call pronation) is excessive movement to the outside of your foot. Under pronation (which people sometimes call supination) is excessive movement to the inside of your foot. I just made that even more confusing, didn't I?:)
Either way, a good insole will help stabilize your foot, support your arch and reduce discomfort and tiredness in your feet. I'd also recommend a visit to a podiatrist to get a more in-depth analysis of your feet, walking pattern, general physical condition, etc. You could also go try to find a good running specialty store (not a general athletic shoe store in the mall staffed by teenage goofballs). They will often have you walk/run on a treadmill and film you from a couple of different angles so that they can do a gait analysis and make personalized recommendations based on your specific issues.
You gotta take care of your feet, buddy. Foot problems have a way of cascading into leg and back pain and generally making your life miserable.

Check imperfections in the third pic… Haven't even given 'm a thorough look-at... These are new out of the box, have tried them on but have NOT worn them or anything... I don't mind these kind of things, but as I said before: def not up to par with the better bootmakers... But then you don't pay as much either...
I'm sure these 'll do exactly what I want them to do: get me through a couple of springs and summers whilst further deteriorating my Atelier LaDurance jeans
