I wanted a lazy evening meal, so I boiled up a little fresh pasta, sliced some chorizo, and went to the cupboard to discover that the only sauce which was available was a cheap supermarket tomato and herb, which I have been avoiding. Undeterred, I decided that I could "liven up" the sauce with some Bhut Jolokia chili jam, which I purchased last Sunday from the "Chili Jam Man" ( http://thechillijamman.com/ ).
I used half a teaspoon full, and now I feel like crying, it's sooooooo hot. I estimate this jar will last me approximately 20 years, amazing value.

I'm pretty sure anyone who tries that will shed a tear Megatron, at least you know you'll be set for your spicy fix for awhile.let us know if you wish us to send you a jar for your friend or yourself.

Check the Chili Jam Man link out, he does some seriously crazy stuff. The "Podfather" jam sounds like it could kill a man, and the price is fantastic.
