I invited my dad and his wife over for dinner because today is father's day:

For starters we had a salad with shrimps marinated in limejuice, sesame oil, fresh cilantro and sweet chili sauce

As main course salmon marinated in soy sauce with ginger, garlic and chili and fried rice

And for dessert warm brownies with ice cream

My pictures don't do the food justice but it sure was good!
