Nothing for me, but I see the best selling jeans so far on the horizon. Slim and heavy weight is what the market (and the asian teens) want.

Great, been waiting for this as the 666 is a tad bit too big/straight (the XHS anyway) and the 301S have too big a topblock for their size if you are to wear them skinny.

Since the new 16 oz SBG, despite it being extremely tightly woven, does not seem to cracking in high abrasive areas, I suggest a slim jean made of this material with scarlet red pocket lining (like the black single riders jacket)…

I'm not a VIP customer, so my opinion should be properly weighted in the IH community, but hopefully some of the other athletic types with muscular legs might agree with my position on skinny jeans…  This whole fad of the inverted triangle, super-tapered jean makes most men look silly and disproportionate and will never be a classy look in my book, EVER!  Leave skinny jeans to WOMEN with the hips and legs to make it work.  Dudes in skinny jeans just look un-athletic and frail, seriously.

There is a very large market in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand that want this cut.  I am here to serve.  Will I wear them?  No.  But that does not mean that slim bodied Asian guys (and girls) won't look good in them….

No doubt they will be phenomenal skinny jeans.  Respect for the LARGE Iron Heart market.  Anything created by The Works and The Crew deserves its place.

See? That's what i meant. Some folks will go crazy about them and some will hate them.
If I was in the position to design jeans, I would probably not pass on the huge asian market I referred to. And this market wants heavy weight jeans in skinny cuts, god knows how hey can handle this in the humid heat.

And keep in mind, that a pair of jeans like the 666 would look like jeggings on me (exaggerated), whereas it's a loose cut for a 5'8" asian dude.

but as always, nobody is forced to buy anything he don't like. But I think that a brand like IH should (and will not) forget about timeless items - which skinny jeans aren't IMO.

I'm with Adam and Max here. But alas, let's not forget the market forces. Big sales will keep the brand alive and kicking, us not so hype folks can enjoy the timeless pieces that comes out.

consider that IH is a company that really doesn't have any strongly tapered jeans.  Even the 666 is pretty straight.
I honestly thought this is due to the fashion trend to move away from skinny to straight leg

Funny thing is, I wear skinny jeans because they end up looking like straight leg since I'm really small. If dudes weren't into skinny jeans, I'd probably be buying girl jeans. And I think this new cut will sell well among women, too.

I'd really like to see any indigo/indigo jean released under the TW name - just doesn't feel right to me to have all these non-Haraki ideas released under the IH name.

That being said, I'd be super interested in a indigo/indigo pair

I propose if you were to make a great skinny jean to add elastic to the fibre of the demin to allow it to work with the user.
