        orly, my advice is to invest in a GOOD new lens THEN upgrade the body. with that budget you can get a ton of nice lenses and since you are using Canon I suggest looking into a 70-200, or a 24-105. They are both L lenses (best types of lenses you can get imo) and they are worth the price. No point in investing in a nicer body if you are going to be using a crappy lens.

        If I can find a link to a video I saw I will post it which will give you an example of a bad camera with good lens and an amazing camera with a horrible lens.

                  My definately smallest lens 😃 A sony 16/2.8 on my nex-5. I have almost stopped using my d700 after I got the nex, the size is so.. nice 🙂

                              Thanks Rafa :)! 2nd one has a hardcore feeling to it imo and the kid is huge! Nice kid, but when he makes a serious face you don't want to mess with him hahaha! The filmscene is the look I was trying to achieve with most of the photos by making them wider and adding the black bars and giving them a certain color.

                                      Cool pic's ^^^, went back to a family get to together to unveil my Uncles headstone. This is at my mum's
                                      Marae (a meeting place for the families to come together). The family grave yard is just up the road on a small hill.
                                      This Marae is just outside of Cambridge close to Hamilton in the mighty Waikato NZ.

                                      Taken with my Pan GF 1, Im still a newbie when it comes to using it.

                                      They drink this and and Waikato beer

                                      I drank too many of these

                                      It was a good night drinking with the relations, my Uncle george had his ole record player out playing oldie goldie records until he got kicked off and someone put their ipod thru the stereo.
