Look what I have got….....

I specced silver hardware, and by that I meant iron donuts etc.  Haraki took me literally and used solid silver rivets.  I will change this on the production versions......

Why not keep solid silver rivets, or too expensive in this day and age?

Bumps the price up about USD15 and lots of people prefer the authenticity of copper…..

Sizing post soak on the waist 33 sample.  I suspect there is a little more shrinkage to go….

I guess we can expect 1,5" shrinkage in lenght with time...

These were made without a patch - no need to for a sample.  But we will used the same leather patch as the Annies as that is the only patch we have with 21/23oz on it.  And for a bespoke patch I need to make 300, and that's approx twice as many as I need….

Ignore the inseam.  I will probably change it anyway, what is important (for me at least) are the other measurements.  If the only change I decide to make is plus or minus 1 or 2 inches on the hem effectively means we need to make no changes to the pattern

I've just measured a pair of 33 634S and they are 9" in the cuff, so I think my orignal 634s measurements maybe a tad off.  I'll update the table above and also revisit all the 634s measurements…..

using the same patch as annies? damn, i still hope it will come with the original SR arc (just to make it more exclusive) but ok Giles you're the one who decide.

Edit: On the other hand it wouldn't be a 634 anymore, right?
