Just got my IH666XHS in today. Extremely fast shipping as usual from Giles/Paula. I was greeted by a strong smell similar to one you get when you step into an antique bookstore. Jeans are extremely monstrous. Thick strong denim yet feeling so smooth at the same time. Not something easily replicated for sure.

Like any other indigo denim, this pair bleeds just as much. Reminds me of how much I missed indigo denim after not wearing them for some time since I started on the BBOD.

Really satisfied with this pair. I believe I'm set for a long long time till I need another pair of jeans or rather another pair of this.

Just a full day of wear. Cycled in them from Fulham to Hackney and back to show them who's boss from day 1. Much more comfortable than you'd imagine considering the weight. Stacks need to settle before I even consider hemming. 31w.

I dislike how the pockets sit a bit/ too low, but other than that, yeah: brilliant cut.

the rise on these is a good bit higher than on the 666 18oz - thus the pockets seem to be a bit lower..

After a week I can say that these jeans are starting to adapt to my legs. Deep creases appeared  behind the knees and at the high thighs (evo will be interesting there!) and button/unbutton them is now easy. As I expected, they stretched, maybe a little less then 634S, but they stretched, so they are not really slim fitted, exactly as i wanted.
At the same time, they continue to be stubborn, rigid and tough as hell. But isn't this rigidity what make them fit so well?
Yesterday I took a walk in the woods near home, and I was trapped between the brambles. I would still be there if I had not worn my invincible 25oz leg-armor! I went through the bushes full of thorns as they were a field of daisies!
One last note: they are the only pair of jeans that I really love wearing cuffed. It's strange.

I'm coming for these. Less is more. I've also come to realize I've been buying heavy-weight jeans and hardware a size too small. Time to grind out some more sales…Need to put in work for that 25oz.

Good choice shoreman.  I think the cut on the 666 25oz is a golden one, from the pics at least it seems slightly different than the regular 18oz fit and the fit pics on this thread all look great (indigoskin in particular, love that fit…)

Today I tried for a few minutes my dear ol' 634sr… supreme jeans, yes they are, but now I can't call them "heavy" anymore...
634S, for their part, are flannel!

These are my IH-666-XHS, destined to become "light" when 31oz 666-UBAXHS* come out...
