Barun, glad you are alright.  Beats idea might not be a bad one.  That could be your trump card.  Emphasize that your personal safety was paramount.  In this instance, you came close to risking your life and of others who were driving on the road.  A 4 year old car should not have this problem.

I have an iPhone 4, and don't give a shit about dual core blah, and 8 mega pixel blah. Pleased that it wasn't the iPhone 5 with some new amazing sexy tech, or I would now by crying into my milk…..this is also a rant.
