Of the 2 pictured, definitely the Vibergs, my personal taste is Whites SD.

As for stuff I want to buy/ dream of buying….

      IHW-01
      IHW-03
      IHM-01

....unfortunately my work is cutting bonus' by 50% next month (just in time for Christmas the bastards), so it will just be the 01 and my purchases for 2011 are complete.

nah those are some viberg bobcats (i think a gentleman on style forum is selling a pair or two). they look really nice in that picture.  i'm not biased, have both boots & would have to ask what you plan on using them for.

here is my reasoning and logic, if you want a pair of boots you can use for anything then you should get the bobcats.  if you want a pair of boots that the leather will look nice with some wear, but you might have a problem if you use them for any strenuous activity get the indys.  the indys are said to be for casual wear & so if they breakdown the manufacturer may/may not stand with the product.  i have seen a pretty stand-up dude have an issue with alden over his (mis)use of the boots he purchased & was disappointed with the way they treated him.

again i'm not biased i just know i wear my aldens when i want a more polished look & wear my vibergs whenever i want .

I use the same logic with my Abingtons and my Whites, and for an ultra polished look I break out my Grensons.

I don't really know much about viberg till I read it up today tbh. reading that the build and quality of the shoe is top notch, comparable(or even better?) to white's. so i'm guessing that if the bobcats break down, viberg will stand by the product?

and i'll be using them for general use. nothing too strenuous or anything. seems like the decision is made then!

appreciate all of your inputs. and a pair of IH is next after the bobcats…

Other than that, I just don't need any other pieces of clothing. I could use flannels but money won't let me get them 😠 and I am fine with white t-shirts. I also am trying to invest in my new future - hopefully job!

But I am hoping - wishing actually I can get these things in the near future:

                  Canon 70-200 f/2.8L
                  Canon 24 f/1.4L
Canon 5D MK II (or III)
New tripod, flash, and a remote

IF it's all original, go for it.

If you have pics you can send them to my way and I can take a look about the originality…if you want to, that is.

Remember though it's just a tiny lil' scoot, so no cruisin' on highways at 70.

It's all there I sorta know the guy honestly it wouldn't bother me if it was not all original. For me i like the history. Been repainted and completely rebuilt 10 years ago by the original owners son and since then it only done 6500km. The son is in his mid 60s now and just doesn't get to ride it enough.

                                            Sorry no pics
