Despite my pronoucements top the contrary earlier.  Thes jeans have fully lined rear pockets and belt loops sewn into the waistband.  I have just realised when Haraki says "impossible", it really means, "yes I can probably do that…..."

Managed to fit into a w30 in both these and the 634. Which surprised me

At the moment they feel surprisingly comfortable, they won't be unbuttoned without a lot of pain. But they should be fine in a couple of days.

Nice and soft too.

I can also report that the indigo transfer is quite something, after a 20 min walk my sage green Red Wings are now sage green with patches of indigo.

Do you plan to soak them?

I'll give them a week or so first to see if they soften without help. Otherwise a soak may be the only way to keep all my fingers in working order.

no soak - and I am super surprised how the denim feels when worn..travelled back wearing them - 30 C in Zurich, so yes, a lot of sweating going on - but damn , this denim is so worth it..
