Got a pretty good snow last night in MN (6-10" depending on location). In a pandemic positive twist, schools are mostly distance learning and many are still working from home. That means far less gnarly traffic and accidents on icy roads. -
Snow??? I’d give a kidney for snow right now…

I begrudgingly put this jacket up for sale because I was losing hope in winning my unemployment insurance battle with my former employee, but now I’m pretty sure that I won! So I’m wearing it again because as @Appfaff said “Nooooooo it looked so good on you!” or something to that effect
Wearing my IHJ-64 along with 777-XHSib and IHSH-176
And I start my new job next week. Bonus question, how many cats can you find!? -
Spelling on tiny phones (and proofreading) has never been on strong suit
Jacket looks outstanding

That was my bad not yours

@Appfaff my wife would be glad to trade places with you during the winter months, as long as you are ok living with me and having me borrow your clothes like a little brother.
@Smiladon before you list that jacket again, you sell your car and take the bus. That thing is irreplaceable and you will regret it.
Bonus answer: 2 of them sneaky little fuckers
-
@jordanscollected To true. I honestly don't think I could find even a custom made jacket that fits better than this. I was going to give you the bonus points until @Giles gave his answer
I'll edit my post to make your spelling better ::) @Appfaff
We didn't get any snow sticking around, but looks like the twin cities got like 6"?! I'm fine waiting a bit longer, maybe I can finally finish raking up all the leaves
-
Lol no need - my spelling is in fact terrible.
It does make my job very ironic though lol [emoji23]
jordanscollected - happy to oblige - and I do love horses! Not sure your wife would get too excited about 97% humidity 90% of the year… my wife says it does something to her hair? I have no clue as mine is fading fast [emoji38]

Thanks @den1mhead your pics and @Black Orchid pics are always top notch.

I read that somewhere. Now that we've got remote learning down well enough to prove that it's doable, snow days are most likely a thing of the past.
-
@Smiladon jacket does look pretty damn good on ya, you probably shouldn't sell it. Just sayin…
-
Rest assured all, the post was about how I am NOT selling the jacket
because it just looks too good and the financial turmoil I was experiencing has come to an end. But I appreciate the kind words!

@sethatwork Excellent choice in work pant. What are you working on?

For the last few weeks, I started fixing the deck at my fathers house, which started out as replacing 8 rotting deck boards, but now has turned into practically rebuilding the entire deck. Currently I am working on the bannister, and more specifically, today I started routing holes in the newel posts for the baluster assemblies.

Very nice. Saw the miter box, and lumber strewn about, looked like a big project.
