So my phone went and pissed itself. So the pictures from the last week of the initial soak and standing pictures of the denim are gone. I had a nexus 6p that has decided to boot loop itself.
I'll get some pictures tomorrow with an actual digital camera, not a phone camera. These are going to be fast faders I think. I swear I can already see some changes in color.

Over $1,500 now. I own them. They are really nice, but I wouldn't pay 1/4 of the current bid for them.

Ok, So I'm going to drop some crappy pics just because.
I couldn't find my digital camera. So they are crappy cell phone pics. I did get my cell phone working again, after 8 hours of pissing around on the internet and help from a friend. Basically, the 6p is an 8 core cpu that has two clusters, and one of those clusters has a habit of going bad, so after a new bootloader, new recover and new OS and having to deal with a bunch of crap because the recovery is locked due to… well whatever. The phone works, but it's basically crippled, running on half of its cores.
So, I lost all my initial soak pictures and standing denim pictures in the crash. I'm posting these crappy pictures to hold over till I find my digital camera, basically because they are dropping indigo so fast. They have gotten an initial soak, and two more for a total of three so far. They will get another one tonight, which I'm sure they will bring another color shift. I can see color movement in the combs and a little in the whiskers too. I've never see anything like it, I wonder if they will have any left at the end of two years.
Sorry about the dust on the pants, there was dust on the table. Also, sorry the pics were taken in haste and I think the camera focused on the table a lot.

I'm thinking about going with either the IH-888's or Oni's secret black denim. Anyone else thinking about going with a black pair?
I'm going with the 888's, but I did just put in for the ONI black denim preorder. They look amazing and I don't have any black denim at the moment. I would normally not suggest black for a contest pair, but if I did ONI would get high marks.

I'm so glad to see your wearing the Pronto 25ozers, @fanya! This way, I can see serious evolution on 'em, and project forward to what my pair might look like in 10 years.
Thanks for the vote of confidence, they definitely won't get the wear that they would have if I was still skydiving but I'll wear them everyday until I can't and do my best.

I've always wanted a pair of the Beatle Busters in the black fade to gray denim but I never got the chance to get a pair, I always thought they would be interesting to see a pair worn hard and faded for two years.

Yeah that's the sizing. You can dampen the backs of your knees and lap and wear em until they are dry the first couple days to use the sizing to your advantage.

2 weeks, 1 day, 4 soaks.
I got bruises on my hips from the last couple weeks, every time they seem to soften up a little I do a soak and it is right back to bruise city.
Just got done with soak 5, I did some leave vacuuming Friday night (ya, I know how to party), and that was/is a dirty dusty mess, so I consequently was a dirty/dusty mess.
(sorry about the dog hair, German Shepherds do that)
Leaves, oh the tip of the iceberg, just wanted to get up the first big batch as it is supposed to raid for 4 days here.

I've just submitted payment, first contest. I think I'll be wearing a pair of 634 OD I purchased at SELA last month although I may change my my mind last minute, looking forward to it!
