What's your favorite Beer?

Ao this'un… (Not my picture, obviously...)
I've had a few Humble Forager brews. Liked them all. My only reservation has been, they contract brew through Octopi. Because of Minnesota laws, Forager Brewing can't distribute larger quantities directly out of their brew pub. While, the Humble brews are their own recipes, I'd love to get them straight from their pub, sometime. The Untappd ratings for them are outstanding. A trip to Rochester is definitely on my short list…

Bought a few of this bottles in 2016, but some other „De Molen“ performed much better, so I put this into the cellar.
Researched about the „Brett“ and learned, this beer should take some time!
After over three years, this BA-Brett evolved beatifully…
