What's your favorite Beer?

Die!..
Just need your address now and en route.
Makes me a little sad that this is what a lot of people think about when beer comes to mind…..

Schneider Weisse Tap X Mein Eisbock Barrique - Schneider Aventinus Eisbock matured for 15 months in Pinot Noir Barrels.
Wow - this is the most challenging beer I've ever had… No carbonation. Murky, DIRTY brown... Sirup like consistency...
It's STELLAR... Lots of oak, wood,... I'm struggling to discover the Weizen-Eisbock they used through all the complex layers, but it's definitely there...
At 11,5 €/ (33cl!) bottle this is also one of the most expensive beer I've ever had... Nonetheless I'll need another half a dozen to cellar!..

Latest haul.

Been pussyfootin around that Porter Weisse… Need to man up and just try it... If it dissapoints (I'm not into porters), then so be it!.. I should also pick up that Père Noel cause I really like the De Ranke brewery...
In short: great haul, and thanks for inspiring me, urb!..
Hah, I'm just following your lead. I'm still a beer newb.
I wanted some of those other TapX beers that you posted but have yet to find them. The porter was $20 so def not cheap here.
I think I might just get more Bernardus Christmas($15). The Whole Foods grocer I go to has a huge beer store and are having 20% off this Saturday only. Perfect time to stock up on Bernie!
Also, this was a fun read.

I just read that on your FB Urb, can't argue with the St Berny.
Interested to hear what you both think of that Porter too.
I've brewed my own Xmas beer this year with dark treacle and rum….sounds good I just hope it will be.

This is one of MANY breweries near my new home. Really interesting and innovative looking menu, will post thoughts soon.

Hmm, I've got the Scaldis, St. Bernardus and Delirium Noel in my refrigerator right now. May have to break one of them open tonight.
Too bad Cascade doesn't distribute to Texas, because both of the ones they have on the list look great.

Trve Brewing (http://trvebrewing.com/) is on my list for next time I make out to Denver. I'm beyond into their concept.
Gonna be in Asheville for a bit this weekend checking out Wicked Weed. Super stoked to grab some of their magical sours while I'm there...
