FYI, for those of you that have been waiting for a US based restock of the Tricotine Baker Pants, Withered Fig just got theirs in. Grabbed a pair myself.

I think this fabric makes perfect sense as a chore jacket in this new form. It does not disappoint. I love the numerous pockets and over sized silhouette. This jacket does fit slightly larger, especially in the shoulders and arm length, so I’d recommend sizing down a size if you’re not keen on the over sized look. I take a size 2 in the UES flannels and Travelling Shirt and got this one in a 2 as well. These should do well for UES and for those fans of the Tricotine shirt.

@stitchdown.shell
Looks great! -
@Chibs Thanks, dude.

Got my jacket today too, wishing I sized down to a 3 instead of the 4.
It's a lovely piece but the wrinkles on mine are brutal, looks like they crunched it up, vac packed it and shipped it in a garbage bag -
@stitchdown.shell you are rocking this thing so well. Looks amazing. Making me regret not snagging one. Would totally try to snag one if the 409ib wasn’t about to be released!

I ended up canceling the Chore coat for the Bakers. Still want the jacket, however, had to pick one. Love these pants

-
@Denimhead-0 Damn, now I want a pair! How comfortable are they?
-
@Denimhead-0 they look really great, as does the Zeppelin t-shirt!
-
@Chibs Very, almost as comfy as my Samurai’s. I used a towel last night while sitting on the couch and pleasantly suprised to find, no crocking.

-
@Denimhead-0 I was THIS close to ordering from Rivet and hide and then noticed they still had Johnny Cash III in my size so no baker pants. Why? because CASH IS KING hahaha

-
@Denimhead-0 Looks great! Mine arrive today.
-
@Chibs priorities go to the man in Black
-
@Nobunaga Can’t wait to see em

-
@stitchdown.shell - I have the tricontine shirt in size 2. It is slightly big as I found that most UES wears larger.
How does the jacket size in comparison with the shirt?
-
@Crispy-Heron measurements look much larger than the shirt. I guess they want you to layer under it more.
Edit I’m a size 3 in the shirt but for the jacket, I’d be closer to a size 2. Which still seems to be larger in the shoulders.
-
Has anyone tried out their Ramayana tshirts? Curious about Suvin Gold.
-
@Chibs - thanks. I think if I go for one it would have to be a size 1. Website has run out…
-
These look great
I can’t wait to get mine. I ordered them directly from UES and thought I got hammered with tariffs ended up paying about $362($81 in tariffs) but see that they’re $385 at Rivet and Hyde, so not so bad.
