RE: Sheehan and Coposted in Other Brands and Shops
Wait, "pull off" probably isn't the best phrase to use in this thread… ???

RE: Sheehan and Coposted in Other Brands and Shops
Well a couple of their products are a bit dubious
Waddya mean…....

To be fair, I could pull off both of those looks

Well a couple of their products are a bit dubious, but I've been mainly looking at the basic T's and Henleys. Also the dotted denim shirt with poppers is nice.

I was surprised to see no thread for these guys…
I really like the look of their T's and Henleys. Some nice shirts too. I'm tempted to make an order but being in the UK it makes returns pricy if quality/size isn't right. Figured I'd check here if anyone has any experience of them????

Think I'm going to head down to this. Popped into the store the other day for the first time and it's looking great. May well be tempted into a purchase next week…

Pulled the trigger on these. Let's hope they work out as they're being shipped from the US… ::)

This arrived recently. I don't know if the pictures do it justice - amazing quality, perfect fit, just beautifully made in every way. Definitely exceeded my expectations… hope I can pick up another at some point!
Big thanks to Jan - awesome job.

Just wondering if anyone has got any experience of these? I quite like the look of the Sherman 1955 Boot:

Any knowledge of build quality, fit etc. welcome…

RE: PIKE BROTHERSposted in Other Brands and Shops
Does anyone have any experience of the fit/quality of the pike brothers deck jacket?
No experience but I really like the look of it - thinking about picking one up. Probably go for khaki but the black looks nice too. What size are you? There's an XXL up on eBay… which is sadly too big for me.

Well… I went for a visit... Danny now has all my money ;).
It was great to meet him and Junior (briefly). Stuff was looked at, stuff was tried on and inevitably stuff was bought...
I now know what size I take in TFH shirts and by extension RJB shirts.
I also know what I want for Xmas

I've dropped in a couple of times…
Top tip - take the cash you can afford and leave the credit card at home
It's a magical place where money can disappear in minutes

Not exactly. What inseam do you need? I can get the Japanese version which have a 34 inseam…..
Hmmm, interesting - I would have gone for a 35" inseam in an ideal world but i'll have a think about it. Same price?

WF - Are you in the Toon? I don't get up very often these days, and thanks to Fat Mike I'm stuffed for away games. Never thought I'd miss Freddy Sheperd.
No, not in the Toon any more - moved to London about 8 years ago for work. Had a season ticket though when I used to live up there. Most of the guys I went to the match with no longer have season tickets because they're fed up of FMA. I get a few games in down here - mostly sat in the home end though. Never really had a problem - was sat in the City end last season though for City vs Toon and it did get a bit hairy at one point. No fisticuffs though.

I will rerun at some point, but I have too many of the other sizes atm, to justify a new run just yet….
So what you're saying is I've gotta either slim down or fatten up? Think I'll go get myself a pizza or two…

My team are going to get humped by the hated scousers at the weekend - nooooooo !!!!
Toon fan Mega?

Guilty, tried to give it up many times but your team is something you're born with and die with.
Indeed - fully expecting a stuffing on Saturday. Their forwards will be too much for us and doesn't help that Colo's out

At least following England has been better recently - usually they're just the national version of Nufc; a constant rollercoaster ride of disappointment…
