Price is steep but I've always liked the design aesthetic. I also like "weekender" they did for Art & Science in Japan.

Thanks @Anesthetist waterproof is not necessary, but it should handle a short shower. I have a north face duffle since ages and it’s really tough and durable. I took it in the mountains climbing, on a boat, hundreds of trips but I look for something not so neopreney…

Since this is Primaloft I imagine it can be compressed a good bit and still spring back. Can anyone comment on how easily this shacket can be packed down?

Love mine. It has seen lots of wear. I've had several Type III over the years but this is by far my favorite. The color, fabric and fit are great.
