I haven't worn jeans in a decade and have decided to switch and pick up this 'hobby'. For my regular rotation I've recently got the IH-888S-142 and IH-888S-142bb, and today just got the IH-888S-SLB, I might finish things off with IH-888D (when they restock).

The slubby is quite unique! There's more of a difference than I was expecting. It's stunning to look at. Definitely stands as distinct item in the rotation, rather than just a slight variation (how I'd expect indigo/black to be).

The slubby "came out of the box" much more pliable/flexible than the others, though I have no idea what to expect after some wear. The listing says it's "incredibly soft" and it really does feel like it, even at 2oz heavier.

Some people might not lack the patch, it is different, but I really like it.

Looks like we have the same rotation of jeans just that mine is in 666.

About 2 weeks of wear. Loving it.

I wanted a slimmer thigh too so i almost bought a 555. Told myself to wait for the 666 to be release and then decide. I finally go with the 666 size 38, which is my usual size as my other 2 666s. But the thing with the SLB is that it is so soft and the thigh is even roomy than my 14oz 666 and that is not what i wanted. What i can suggest for you is to tell them to check if they have a pair starting with a 37". My starting waist measurement for the 666-SLB is 38.1. I feel like i can go with a "Bigger 36" measurements. Hope this helps.

I have 2 pairs of 666. Been wanting to try a 555. Thought of getting a 555-SLB but i told myself lets wait for the 666-SLB. Now after seeing this… i really dont see myself in other cuts other than 666. Will give myself a day to decide.

From my understanding, the current 555 top block is bigger than 666, will it be the same for the slub?

Depends on your body shape. The waist on these will sit higher up so if you have a belly you may find them uncomfortable. That being said, there is a decent amount of waist stretch to be had on these.

You can also ask the crew if there is a w38 that comes up large.

Might be nice to have some variety in the cut department. The 888 will give you a very different look than the 666.

Im a 38.3 in waist for my 666 14oz and have stretch a good inch after a month of wearing. 38 tag measures 37.2 for this though. Think it will work for me since this is a high rise?

I have 666 and 888. And enjoy both. Very different cuts though, in every way possible. The 888 is a relaxed fit not a slim fit, so a wider thigh is part of the aesthetic.

The 666 in the denim will be released in a couple of months, but without the collab details (pocket shape, pocket bags, logo placement, brown selvedge ID).

Hi guys, fit check.

Bought a 666s 14oz waist measurement at 38.3. After using a month it now stretches a good inch and now im kind of having a diaper butt. Planning to get the 555s 21oz. Any idea what size should i go in this? Maybe a “smaller 38?” Since i read the 21oz stretches more.
