yes, please let us know which of the model that the buckle prong is falling off, we will arrange the replacement. Our productions of the belts since day 1 has been consistent and QC check is stringent, if we can find out which batch it's, we can check with the hardware manufacturers to understand is the mechanism or machinery that clamps them are in fault.

I'm Johnny from OGL, would like to take the opportunity to highlight the reason for us to have a strong coat polished on lighter leather color in our products.

Pre-2018, when we produce light color leather goods, we face some issue of customer complaining not receiving goods of color they ordered.... apparently the product color age quite a bit with causes it to have different tone.

Natural light color Veg tan like always, will aged when it's expose, non wrap or non covered, so in order for us to produce them in large qty, and maintaining the same color as the one shown in the picture on all partners website, we decided to add a strong top coat to slow the process of aging.

basically wearing them in crossbody, it will snug near your upper torso and very good in traveling.

@weftyarn LOL don't get fooled with the IG post of them wearing the heavy stuffs! But if you are indoor, like the mall, shorts or berms will be a bit too cold. I always have friends from overseas saying our indoor air-conditions is set too low!!!!
