I don't think that the buttons look so extrem different. I have the lefty OD and due to the nature of the chemical process not all buttons are darkend that much. I'm happy that I could sneak one from the old batch but wouldn't hesitate to buy one from the new batch evem the buttons are a little brigther. I really like that IH take care of the environment and work on the processes for less impact.

Here a picture of my lefty indigo from the actual restock on the left and my lefty OD from the last restock with the "old" OD technic. I normally wear size XXL. The lefty OD is size XXL and the lefty Indigo is size XL.
The picture of the XL indigo is post soak and wash. The soak was about one hour by ~55 degrees and after that it got a wash in the machine by 30 degrees and 600 spins per minute. Then I hanged it dry. Everything was done inside out.

Thank you! It’s always a pleasure to help. It’s a bit snug but I could fit a 9oz flannel underneath the lefty and still close the buttons. But for the perfect fit I was aiming for just wearing it with a t-shirt.

I think we all can be lucky if the postponement is just weeks and not months like other releases. And like mentioned many times in this thread it’s impossible to find a slot that fit everyone. And making plans without a confirmed date is always a risky thing.

@JoshC I am a little confused now. You say it’s nothing on the schedule and @AdamJ say's in his last post that it is in production. Can you tell me what’s correct? If this will hit the store in the next months or at least 2026 I would pass on the 14oz black/black type III like a said I'm for of an SBG guy.

Any news on this front? The upcoming restock of the black/black is just around the corner and I’m not sure if I should pull the trigger on this.

@sabergirl Got it — and that kind of proves my point. There isn’t a universal rule. Some people size down, some size up, and some end up selling half their wardrobe along the way. Measurements and fit preference win in the end.

@Giles nice that your normal IH size works for you along the range. I can tell that my normal IH size (XXL) don't work for me in the IHSW-tops. I had to size down.
Since IHSW tops don't come in XXXL and SP-Large, it seems that XXL runs larger to compensate for the missing sizes. Is that possible?
