@moskiitto
Been wearing 555D for over a year to work really comfortable but still a bit restricted .
Decided to give the 634 a go to have a more relaxed comfortable fit that you just slide on and love them ..

After wearing 555’s for 6 years and deciding to give 634 a try can’t believe I’ve taken this long to discover this cut absolutely love them bought the indigo and the OD and already can’t wait for the restock of the SBG ..
@FlavourFade mate mine came this morning and haven’t taken them off absolutely love this cut and the extra room feels great . Considering buying another pair for work as I’m still currently wearing the 555D that are pretty beat up..
Nice one Mo I grabbed a pair of these too

Just bought a pair from Rivet & Hide hope I love them big change from 555’s
@Nik a mate of mine did that last year in a marathon build and run with a pack , but now has gone back to gels..
Nik how serious do you do a carb load ? Is that something you practiced beforehand?
@dinobarnesberlin cheers .. I wasn’t bothered what the time was going to be just that I made it too the end after what I experienced it was by far the most brutal thing I’ve put myself through..
If I just ran and blew up because lack of fitness I would of been disappointed , but I know I’m capable of a a sub 2:56 I’ll give it another go in December Valencia Marathon
@Dmart yeah mate honestly didn’t know what I experienced was a possible outcome, definitely wish I practiced it in the build up.
Doing Valencia marathon in December so definitely not going to make the same mistake
@goosehd I’ve been feeling good had a solid marathon build with weeks of 80 mile weeks plenty of long run MP workouts, did a 2 week taper . But the carb load got me first time doing that and according to ChatGPT i overloaded my gut so when I started running the blood has been drawn away from digestion to the working muscles because my body was under stress my HR spike within the first 3 mins to 174bpm then adding gels to the mix quickly shifted to cramps and then the stomach issues . When I eventually stopped to walk my HR was 185bpm MAX
Looking through my data I ran on that red line for 1hr 58mins crazy no wonder i felt like crap.
Feeling disappointed all that hard work I put in leading up to the marathon and for it to go like that ..
Not the day I wanted, crawled to the finish line .
Didn’t feel great from the start , legs were aching which was odd , started having doubts real early , had to stop and walk at 18miles HR was max which was crazy .
Got going again then came the cramps
A lot of walking
Got going again at 20miles then came the stomach pains , literally felt like I was going to crap myself on mile 23 at this point praying for the finish and to find a toilet .
Definitely didn’t have that on the cards today
Trained hard for a 2:56 but on the day managed a 3:16 gutted .. training was there but the carb load didn’t stick .
@nathanaeljohn Nice one pal , glad you’re happy
@brownr1 did wash it mate and sent it back to IH for professional pictures to be taken .
Looking forward to getting this beauty back and continue to wear it.. The evo has literally just begun.
@WhiskeySandwich Nice one bud , when’s your 5k race ? What sort of training are you doing for that?
You shooting for a time ?
I just completed Cardiff half marathon on the weekend was a lot tougher then expected, putting it down to having 5 weeks training from coming back from injury, those last few miles had to dig deep lol
@Mister_Brue Yes mate it’s had two washes now and the evo is coming on nicely.
I would say the collar has definitely lightened but is still Grey.
@Anesthetist sure thing mate I’ll get a few more pictures tomorrow
@FlavourFade said in IHJ-149-IND - 10oz Selvedge Denim Blanket Lined Chore Jacket - Indigo:
@Jcaz6996 I must admit I haven't been as excited to see a faded example in a long time knowing you got this jacket now!!!
Cheers pal
haven’t taken it off this week pairing it nicely with the IHSH-427-Ind

@Crispy-Heron Absolutely bud love how warm and cosy it is, perfect jacket for work and socialising plenty of pockets makes a chore jacket a must have ..
@Oaktavia i can confirm it’s a beautiful Cosy jacket , been lucky enough to get my hands on the sample but unfortunately due to a very warm summer was unable to put it to Hard use until now …. Love the colder months and this jacket has me covered .
I’ll start putting some pictures up and hopefully start seeing some beautiful evo over the coming months
