RE: Evolution Of Other Brandsposted in Other Brands and Shops
Before it makes its way over to @freepickin ill share the fact that I remember how almost every stain and major scuff happened on this bag
The biggest of which is that gnarly "water" stain on the bottom
That was a spill of horrendously low quality bourbon at a celebration of life for a friend
We got completely shithoused and had a 2 day hangover to honor our buddy - 10 out of 10 would do again

RE: Levi'sposted in Other Brands and Shops
@NickD is a year and half too late for a response .....?
My guess is that these are some variant of a 201 repro from around y2k (the patch style resembles their "red" series) although my knowledge of levis europe stuff from around then is pretty slim and mainly limited to jackets

@Indigo-Alchemist fixing clothes is almost byproduct for me at this point
Its one of the few things I find that actually helps me completely clear my mind - as soon as your brain starts to wander and think about work, bills etc... you get a needle right in the finger

Anytime I end up with a sashiko repair that im satisfied with it usually means I pulled everything out (after getting it 90% complete) and started over at least 1-2 time before I finally finished it
Yours looks great
If you sew a temporary (basting) stitch around the outside of the patch next time you can avoid that patch fold ( I've done the dreaded fold SO MANY TIMES)
you just pull that outer stitch out once you are all done -
