The wild aftermarket will likely die down after the work shirt version drops and Japan releases the new western version.

This all makes me want to open a stockist shop in Texas but not offer online purchasing. If you want something you come in the store. Make a vacation out of it. Free beer for the trouble.
As a side note; I’ve been genuinely impressed by how kindly the mods here handle the number of “when will it restock” posts. Especially when the answer is the same 99.99% of the time. It exemplifies what @Chibs said and I agree with. As a relative newbie myself, it’s refreshing to be treated kindly entering a world of existing hard core fans.

It's a math problem.
We all understand that heavy weight fabric production is the current choke point, and is maxed out.
This idea of reallocating the current (max) production volume of fabric to fewer cuts would still mean the overall number of jeans produced would stay the same. This also means that overall production costs stay the same. If you do end up keeping more stock on the shelves, and you aren't producing more jeans, then you're simply selling less. Spending the same to sell less is probably not the most attractive option for a business owner.
They would also alienate the core IH Army peeps that wear 666, 555 and 777, and do so in order to placate the casual shopper.

@Alex To expand on @deathbydenim's suggestion; have you ever done/considered over-dying with a color other than black?

The irony of wanting unique items produced in a unique way then crying when the company doesn't operate in the exact same way as every fast fashion brand.

@MM Couldn't decide which to compliment between the dog, boots, jacket, or jeans, so I'm going with all of the above. Love the ring as well.

I believe SOP for all forums is to reply first, then read through all previous replies.

@Gavin666 Ask and ye shall recieve. My 10-B is smooth, but a GB version is next on the list. Here is my 2000 F350, 7.3 Powerstroke, with the zf6 manual trans. About to hit 250,000 miles; so she's in her prime. Is it what you expected? It cost me less than 3 bracelets.

RE: Self Edge X Iron Heart 13oz Broken Twill CPOposted in Shirting
@dudedanger That's all going to be personal option (obviously), but IMO jackets are more versatile simply because they can be worn every day while still changing the outfit underneath. Wearing the same shirt every day works for some, but I like a little variety in my wardrobe. CPOs are meant to be worn as a shacket, but with the curved bottom hem Iron Heart puts on their CPOs and the western yoke, they definitely lean more to the shirt side than the jacket side.
That said, my go-to daily denim top piece is a IHSH-427 denim CPO and I love it.

@Graeme Love textured dials, and this blue one looks like waves out in the ocean. I'd wear that in a heartbeat. I appreciate the subtle way it gets darker on the edges too. Attention to detail is great!

RE: BS-10 - GOOD ART HLYWD Model 10 Braceletposted in Bracelets
I find the Self Edge chart very helpful. They show the actual end to end measurement of each size. If you have a tailors tape measure (which you should if you’re into denim), hold the tape around your wrist at the lengths on this chart to get a feel for how lose you like it to be.

I have an AAAA and B. Both bought to the GAH sizing spec based on my wrist size. Both too big. Here is the AAAA which is the tighter of the two. The B is so big I almost can’t wear it.

I decided I didn’t want to wait for the shiny brass eyelets to age so I swapped them for aged brass eyelets. Way better. Now they truly are a low top 8849.

I tried on the indigo and it put a smile on my face. Classic Wrangler-style broke twill and lighter/brighter indigo. Super pretty in person. The fit seemed similar to my Wabash CPO.

@SKT You mean sort of like the difference between a 555, 666, 777, 888, 634, and 1955?
