Just received mine.
Very difficult to capture the colour and the texture. Here are some pictures. I am on the bigger side (185 / 91 kg) and I took 4XL. I was worried on the chest (I am 116) and the belly (no comment lol). I tried different expositions etc … impossible to really render the real thing. It is a deep dark blue / black thread. The blue is gonna get brighter and the contrast will increase with time. No problem for me in the forearms but I understand it could be problematic for muscular guys ! It is a thick fabric.
This is a beautiful shirt, very versatile in its uses, wonderful colour, classy.

@denimdad not as warm as an UHF in my opinion.

This is my first post on this forum and this is to say that I am in love with this jacket since the presentation. I really look forward to the sizing to prepare my order.

@RubyRae I don’t think this will be an issue on the long run. It is like the creases you have on any other brand new folded shirt, after the first wash they are gone.
The colour is not altered by the crease itself, it is the fabric which is reflecting the light differently because of it.
After 48h of wear I can say that this fabric is like a snake with scales skin. It is a little bit shiny where it folds.
I am very excited to see the result after the first wash, not really in term of fading, but more for the texture of it. I think the cotton will evolve nicely because it is a very tight weave.
Just to say that these creases are not too worrying to me. I think it will disappear after 48h wear and the first wash.

In 4XL. The measurements on the website are accurate. I like my shirt to be a bit loose especially western shirt as I am not super muscular . Love it

I have just received and I am actually breaking my 555 in 25 oz. I have to say that even with the weight it is pleasure to wear. It gives a specific touch to the fabric which is very smooth inside. 25 oz is not a bad option either !

Ordered. I hope the fabric will stretch a little bit at the armpit as I have pretty big breasts
If not, goodbye layering. I will be fine with the forearms … not muscular at all.

Do we have a better idea on when the restock will land now ?

@hgering27 this is why I just pulled the trigger. Always had some worries on the western shirts on the arm pits. 4XL for life

@goosehd thank you for your time responding to me. I have just read in the website that Works Inc uses small family run workshops so I can understand why there are some variations. This is also why I love this brand so much. I am just a curious guy and love production processes
I also just bought a Navy one from IH Germany and wanted to check that I took the right size !

Certainly one of the best shirt I have ever had. The texture is crazy. I washed it after 2/3 weeks and after the first wash the texture kind of expand on itself giving even more volume. The subtle but pretty quick fade is exactly what I have been looking for. This is not a light shirt but this not heavy as well, I think it is just perfect !

@Choko ok thank you. So it means that each colour has a different design / measurement ratio ? Or is it linked to the dying which affects the fabric ?
