So i grabbed a Medium and it fit well but was just a bit snug around the upper chest. Would be fine by itself but really wouldnt be able to layer. The other day one of the members here, @oxenbenj sent me a message that he had a Large and saw my post in this thread that I was worried about my Medium being too small while it was in transit. Well he did the opposite so we decided to trade. Funny enough we are both in NYC so we met up yesterday and swapped. Great to meet fellow IH junkies! Here is a pic of me wearing the Large. Perfect fit now, especially if I decide to layer. Thanks again, Ben!

@Adero Looks great! What is your height and weight? I'm 6' and a half inch 160lb. Got my usual medium and it fits fine. Other than it needing to be broken in, i think it will be just fine. I'll post some pics tonight. Was planning on last night but then dinner got in the way.

@Nobunaga yes, I plan on wearing mine as a shirt both buttoned and unbuttoned (with a white T). I also prefer slim fitting shirts, not baggy. Thanks for the reply. I'll post some pics when i try on.

@Nobunaga What is your height and weight? I was on the fence and I stuck with a Medium as the measurements lined up almost exactly with one of my Freenote westerns. Mine just got delivered so wont be able to try it on for a few more hours. I'm 6' and a half inch and 160lb, I'm crossing my fingers!

@FlavourFade If the shoulders are too big then the sleeve will become too long too. I was having the same problem deciding but went with my regular Med size. Chest was smaller than my usual shirts by around .6 but i dont think its gonna matter. Guess we're all gonna find out in a few days!

Got mine. Went with my normal IH size, Medium after comparing 10 times with other IH and Freenote shirts. Im 6'1 and 162lb. The shoulder and chest measurements were throwing me off on this one but i think I'll be alright! Seeing its 19oz, I'll only wear a tank or tee underneath it anyway.

I'm 6'1" 163lb. Medium fits me perfect. Thanks for another beautiful jacket team IH!! Wore it out to a dive bar where my friend was playing Friday night and got nothing but compliments.

Any idea when the size chart will be available for this one? Can't wait to add this to the collection!

Woohoo! Grabbed it in a medium a few minutes ago. Measurements appear to match up almost identical to the ones for the 526PJ which fits me perfect. Although the tag on the inside of that jacket says "40". Guess I'll find out soon enough!

@goosehd I should have checked before asking, sorry. Looks like the numbers of the TypeIII Large line up more with the Medium in this jacket and since I'll be dressing lighter underneath, I think the Medium is the right call here. 6' 1" and 165lb. Thanks for the quick reply.

Guessing this will fit me the exact same as the Modified Type III? Im a 40 in that jacket.
