Just had the privilege of checking this one out while over in Japan—absolute . Unfortunately all XL sold out in Japan already. Nice soft feel with the moleskin.

Oddly enough, I wore this jacket while in Yellowstone NP this past weekend and perhaps some of the steam coming off the geysers reacted with the sleeve? I mean, it's not like I was standing that close to them but that's all I can come up with. It has never been around bleach or been through the washer.

It is still one of my favorite IH jackets of all time and I love the olive color, hopefully the rest of it doesn't start discoloring. Less than ideal in my opinion.

Any idea what this discoloration could be? I’ve been wearing for about a year and just noticed some discoloration on the sleeve.

@tody @Crease @FlavourFade Appreciate the suggestions. I went with an XL and the fit is just what I was looking for. Large would have definitely been too snug.

How many of you all sized up for your 21 oz modified Type III? I’m a size large in UHFs and most other IH jackets. 6’2” 180lb

I can’t decide between Large or XL in the IH-526PJ and live no where close to be able to try on for size

@A-eye-Kev Completely agree, a snap on that interior pocket would have gone a long way versus nothing at all. However, I love this jacket and also went with my usual UHF size and could not be happier with the fit.

Just visited IH Tokyo hoping to pick this up but IH staff said it won’t be released until sometime in May. Stoked for the release on this one
