I'm trying to figure out two points:

1. Am I measuring correctly? Beneath you can find a pic where I held my self built measuring tape on my wrist. It's snug, so tight but a little loose. Okay this way in your opinions?

2. That measurement comes out to 18.7 cm diameter. According to the IH Germany chart, the AA piece with 18 links would fit me best. Which one is the IHUK equivalent? The 18 or 19 cm?

The AA restock gives me the opportunity to finally get one of those amazing bracelets.

I measured my right wrist and it seems that I have a 18.7 cm diameter with a snug (tight but a little loose) fit. Is this the way to go?

And according to the size guide, I should aim for the 19 cm piece. How many links would that be?

Shall I go for my first IH 634?

I'm more the Slim Fit Denim guy (and if I might say so, I'm the body type that allows that easily). Honestly I was waiting for the 777 OD. But now I'm ambivalent and very tempted by those. Guess they would make a great look with Engineers and also more comfortable than the slim ones.

What are your opinions comparing 634s with 777s?

Last years IHSH-411-BLK fits me pretty good in XXL. Guess I can go with the same size assuming fit will be similar to last season?

Mine has arrived. Incredible design and fabric. Love the waxy touch of it. And by far the heaviest jacket I've ever owned.

Went with XL and imo a perfect fit for me. Anyone disagree?

Was able to catch an XL from another shop. Fingers crossed that sizing works out.

Still a little on the fence regarding sizing. L would probably provide a good fit on sleeves and length, but seems far too snug for me on chest and shoulders. Guess I have to ask the team for an XL with shorter sleeves.

But if I see it correctly, the sleeve length on N1s is measured including the storm cuffs ?

@Chibs Yeah I did the same with my 293. Never came to my mind to put it in my bedroom closet among my other shirts.

@samuellschulman I use it more as an overshirt. The 18oz is a hefty stuff and for my personal taste it feels more like a jacket than a shirt.

But most seem to feel different. Anyhow it's a great shirt and if you have the room I can also recommend to wear it over a hoodie or even a UHF. Looks brilliant.

Sadly no opportunity to exchange them because they are usually sold out within a couple of minutes

Nonetheless I'll go for 99% with the XL. I can't imagine that the L will work for me with the tight shoulders.

But appreciate your advise on that topic

I have similar body measurements and aiming for the oiled one in black. L would be much better with shorter sleeves and body for me. But I can't see a possibility for a proper fit in L due to broader shoulders and chest on me. And the shoulders run very narrow on those jackets.

@tody I can see clearly what you mean. That is exactly how it feels: snug in the arm pits. Guess it would stretch out a little with wearing. But I will follow my feel and size it up to XXL.

Got my CPO in XL yesterday and absolutely love this fabric.

Nonetheless I'm on the fence regarding sizing: as you guys can see on my pics, length of body and sleeves seems perfect for me. But it feels a bit tight in the chest area as well in the sleeves, so definitely no stuff for layering. Since I have planned to use it more for transitional season, that might work out so far.

So I consider to size up to XXL, but there I know the sleeves would be too long.

What would be your recommendations?

Proud to present my first pair of WESCO Boots. (Actually my first pair of Engineer Boots overall)

Went with 9E, similar to my Iron Rangers. Never noticed how different my feet must be formed since the right boot gives me a really hard time. But the struggle is it worth it, the boots just feel and look absolutely epic. And I'm confident they will be super comfortable after breaking in.

Will order it this week. Since I'm more on the bulky but average height side, I expect an awesome fit for myself

I'm now a proud owner of an IH-777S-21 and it's simply the best jeans I've ever had in my life. Cut, shape and fabric is amazing and fits perfectly to me.

Unfortunately I have an issue: from the first day of wearing I got some lined stains at the edge of the cuff:

As recommended I soaked them before first wearing for 15 min in my bathtub. I'm not a great expert since it's only my third selvedge jeans yet. But never experienced this with my other jeans before.

Is this normal for this fabric? Does it disappear with wearing and washing? Or what can I do to prevent this?
