    Yes. I have had skin abraded off the backs of my knees, just from walking.

    @neph93:

    Thankfully back to breaking mine in again. After a couple of days initial wear I had to rest them for various complicated reasons. Back on now and they'll be my first choice bottoms until summer.

    After three days consecutive wear the newly formed 'combs have actually drawn blood from the backs of both my knees. Anyone else had this?

    Just curious how you knew he was a Trump man (if in fact he is). I have never personally met a Trump supporter before, but I am told they exist, and would be interested in learning the indicators.@madmonday:

    Nah u a Trump thumbs up er plus  u kind of a douche.  It was kind of endearing at 1st but now it's just annoying. Oh and the larges didn't shrink that  much accept  that you  are  skinny fat and  be done with it.

    SOP for DHL drivers if they are behind on their beat: Call the day done, claim they tried, drive back to their center, go home on time.

    That's a feature not a bug . . .

    @TrickHell:

    DHL are the kings of "I never attempted to deliver this, but I'm going to say that I did."

    Unrelated, but also a rant, one of my clients owes me six grand. If they don't pay me by next Friday I'm going to have my lawyer sell their children to organ harvesters.

    Same.

    I have many hundreds of years of northern European heritage. I don't like, and am not built for, heat and humidity.

  • RE: IH-666-UHR - Ultra Heavy - Devil's Fit (Slim Cut)

    Good call.

    @zatenm:

    Looks good @Appfaff
    Still some room to shrink IMO

    I've given my pair a 1 hr hot soak with plenty of agitation then a cold short wash.. it shrank but felt like it could shrink more so I gave it one final HOT wash (60 C) and it shrank quite a bit after that.. Marked difference actually
    Colour got a little lighter but the fit worked great - def worth it IMO [emoji111]

    Here's how they look now after 1 yr + of wear (low light pic):

  • RE: IHSH-126 - Ultra Heavy Ombre Check Flannel Work Shirt

    I wear IH shirts that are obviously so (visible brand tag) every day, in crowded places. Nary a word. Probably the way you wear it.@Broark:

    Absolutely love this shirt, someone actually recognized that I was wearing an Iron Heart flannel today and complimented me on it. Not too common around here I don't think.

    The pockets should be scaled smaller for smaller sizes. Too big here.
    @Klaus:

    @Akuma:

    Washed mine with cold water and they shrunk a lot in the length. Too short now 😫

    Happy to post the post-wash dimensions of the size 36 white 666s (please be patient). I wish I had measured them before the wash. A comparison would have been interesting.

    I am a vey low bodyfat freak with very long and disproportionately girthy(!!!) legs, so YMMV.

    @JoshJames:

    @ bob Pics comparing 634 size 32 and the 666s?
    I'm also a 32 and wish I could have another pair of the 634 whites.

    Zippers would cure the look that one's fly appears to be open, when it is not. It is usually caused by someone who is a 35 pretending he is a 32.

    @Anesthetist:

    @Giles:

    The next production run of these will have zippers instead of buttons….

    The waist will ease. The nutsack battering will never stop.

    @takashi78:

    Wanted to give my opinion on the jeans here.

    1st time raw denim wearer.

    Had one hot wash/soak with a few rounds of cold water rinse.

    Surprised at how much the waist shrunk. Hope it will loosen up a bit.
    Length wise i didnt notice much shrinkage though.

    Now the thigh is fitted and no room left when i sit down.
    Its well bloody tough to bend my knees to wear my shoes, how do you guys do it? LOL !

    Dissapointed at the leather patch. Quite a few cracking on it.
    Even after applying some RW leather oil (light coat) it didnt do it much good i feel.

    Not too much a fan of double cuff so i think i will hem the length bit more to a single cuff style.

    Oh and the crouch area feels like someone is grabbing my nutsacks LOL…...

    Living in Asia so it does get bit hot wearing the jeans outside.
    All in all i i think i got bout 15-20 wears out of them before they needed a wash.

  • RE: IH-634S-19L-V1/V2 - 19oz Left Hand Twill Selvedge Denim Straight Cut

    Same! Hot wash, hot dry. Still fit? Wear them. Don't fit anymore? You bought the wrong size.

    Repeat.

    @Chris:

    I always wash my jeans when I get them home for the first time.  Gets out any residual starch or other crap that may have accumulated in them before they made it into my hot little hands.  I also like to wash them to verify that all the shrinking is done, so that I don't have any nasty surprises 3-6 months down the road.

    Just a personal preference; I doubt it makes any objective difference.
